Side effects

- Astemizole, which is used in allergies

Azithromycin increases the effect of the following medications:
- Digoxin, which is used in cardiac dysfunction
- The medicine should not be taken with alcohol, as this reduces its effect.
Do not take the medicine in these cases:
- In case of liver dysfunction
- In potassium and magnesium deficiency
- With heart problems
- With penicillin allergy
- With Azithromycin allergy
