Apomeds is a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with licensed doctors and regulated partner pharmacies. We provide access to advanced treatments following a medical assessment. All treatments are supplied through authorised pharmacies in accordance with UK regulatory standards.

How do I know the medication is genuine? +
Apomeds works exclusively with licensed partner pharmacies. All medicines supplied are approved for use within the UK and are sourced from regulated pharmaceutical wholesalers. Medications are dispensed by qualified pharmacists in line with medical standards.

How does the ordering process work? +
Ordering is straightforward and takes place in three steps:
- Choose your treatment – Select the type of medication or support you need.
- Submit prescription – If you don’t have a valid prescription, you can consult a licensed doctor and check if you are eligible for treatment.
- Get your order – If approved, a partner pharmacy dispenses your medication and ships it in discreet packaging, within 24-48h.
Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate.

Can I cancel my order? +
Cancellation depends on the status of your order:

Before payment: You may cancel at any time.

After payment, before dispatch: A full refund is available.

After dispatch: Due to UK medicines regulations, prescription medicines cannot usually be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions: Due to their temperature-sensitive nature, weight management treatments such as Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Saxenda are non-returnable. They must be used immediately upon receipt or disposed of properly.

How old do I need to be to order? +

Can I use a prescription from my GP? +
Yes. You may send your original paper prescription to our partner pharmacy. Once received and verified, your order will be processed and dispatched in discreet packaging.

The subscription service allows you to receive your medication regularly, according to your treatment plan. This helps maintain continuity of treatment without needing to go through the ordering process each time.

Due to UK medicines regulations, prescription medicines cannot usually be returned once dispatched, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Cold-chain medicines (such as Wegovy, Mounjaro or Saxenda) cannot be returned under any circumstances due to safety requirements. Due to UK medicines regulations and patient safety requirements, we are unable to offer refunds for weight-loss medications once an order has been processed, approved by the prescribing clinician, or dispensed by the pharmacy. This policy applies regardless of whether the medication has been opened or used.
